This is what’s making me laugh at the office this week and I just had to share it with you; a super cute, Japanese, two piece Arigarumi band named U900. If you like knitted toys playing Ukeleles you’ll love this!

And so the snow continues. There was fresh snowfall overnight and through this morning. I never thought that I’d be one to complain about the snowy weather – I used to hate any one who moaned about snowfall of any variety so I’m somewhat anxious about typing the next sentence! Go away snow! I have been itching to get back to taking pictures after having a Christmas break but the weather is playing havoc with bookings for family photo sessions. I have so many ideas it’s all a big disappointment really. I suppose it would be slightly easier to deal with if there was more grit on the roads. Fingers crossed that there’s some more travel friendly weather on the way soon.

Merry Nearly Christmas from me and Mr Knitted Christmas Penguin, who’s keeping warm in his scarf on my Christmas Tree. I do have to admit that I love this time of year. The nights draw in super early and there’s always an excuse to buy more and more twinkly lights… and of course to photograph twinkly lights too! Thanks to a wonderous 75% off sale at B&Q I have a very well dressed tree this year – for once it pays to be late on something! I’ve been so busy taking pictures and making sure that everyone gets their images within a week of their shoot – I just finished decorating the tree this evening.
